Paroa School Song Actors: All The Students. School: Paroa School.

Kia ora my my name is Jessica im from Karoro School. I liked Paroa School Song. How the students were singing and how they had a drone and made it go in the sky and we could see the whole school. How the students all gathered up and they spelled Paroa. I thought that was really cool.

Spiders
Some Spiders are solitary and some are social witch means that the solitary spiders don’t work or live together and the social spiders works and lives together. The Goliath Birdeater lives for 15-25 years. The Brown Recluse Spider lives for 1-2 years and the Southern Black Widow lives for 1-3 years. Spiders are invertebrates which means spiders have no backbones. Spiders are living arachnids. Spiders don’t have any kind of job. Spiders also poop.

 Food and sleep.
 Spiders eat ants, flies, mosquitoes, bees, birds, frogs, lizards and centipedes. They don’t sleep like us humans. The reason why spiders don’t sleep AT all is because they have no eyelids. They just hunt for their lives and they make webs too.

 Distance and Speed.
 A spider can run 1.73 fps Look Like Spiders are hairy, Spiders have 8 legs, Some spiders have 8 eyes and some have 4 eyes, Some are poisonous just like the Phoneutria spider, Some are dangerous, some are cute and some are scary. Spiders have really sharp fangs.

 Spiders are interesting insects and are a favourite insect to look closely at for some people.

WALT understand division problems.
Multiplication and Division work by having their numbers go opposite ways.
In Multiplication the big number goes last, in Division the big number goes first.

WALT use the word art tool to make a poster about RESPECT. Then we will blog about the process.

We had to use a border and border dash.We had to use Word Art and the fill in colour to make our words stand out. We used fonts colours and we got to add a background in once we had added in all the words related to Respect we knew.

Hi my name is Jessica and we have been learning to create our own images using a google drawing.
First we took a self portrait of ourselves. We learnt to use the polyline tool so we could draw around our outline.  This is a great tool because you can colour it in.  I found using the polyline tool hardish you need time to use it properly and get a good result.. I have used it before. We deleted our photo and then put a background in.
You should have a go too.

During the school holidays my Mum and Dad drove me to my pony’s paddock to go for a ride on him.  My pony is called Goldie.  Mum helped me put the saddle on Goldie.  Mum starts by putting gloves on.  I put gloves on too so we could both pick up the poo! Goldies a palomino.
Mum was leading me down the road but then I had a ride by myself.  This is called off lead.  Goldie neighs a lot because he likes being ridden.  We rode to our Nana’s house and back.  When we got back to the paddock I put Goldie in his paddock then I ran across the paddock and I called his name and he trotted straight over to me. 
I went to the horse show with him. He got two 2nds and one 4th. When it was Lily's turn to go on Goldie, Goldie got one 2nd and one 4th. When it was Sam’s turn to go on Goldie, Goldie got two 4ths. Goldie had to stay the night at the horse show with other horse’s. Goldies a pony. The next day there was show jumping. I didn't do the show jumping because I don't know how to jump on Goldie.
